At present, most large construction projects in Hungary do not use a planned, technological project monitoring system. As a result, beneficiaries and investors can only find out about their own projects on the basis of ad-hoc information provided by the contractors, whose authenticity, quality and content are often questionable. This results in investors being unable to control their projects appropriately, projects are often not completed as planned, with significant delays and excess cost. In the case of projects financed by the European Union, those problems are even more significant, as the project owners often risk several times the amount they themselves require to stay in business on such projects. So it is exceptionally important to allow the investor to monitor the project beyond the scope required by the financer, which does not include technical aspects.

The solution is the application of a uniform project monitoring protocol that includes all the project stakeholders, which has a component that is an encapsulated project monitoring system that runs on the basis of factual technical data, and which allows authentic information to be gained about the projects in line with the requirements of the project owners. The system provides and integrated space for the project owner, the contractor, the engineer (technical supervisor), the project management organisation, etc., by ensuring that all stakeholders work using the same system and observing the same protocol. Processing the project based on the requirements of NIF Zrt in the Procon-X Enterprise system:

  • Coding the contracted budget of the project based on the indices issued by NIF Zrt.
  • Based on the budget and the codes the scheduling task list and the structure are developed. The timing of the schedule is done in accordance with the project expert delegated by the constructor.
  • The monthly financial plan and the resource plan are generated by the system based on the completed schedule and the assigned financial items.
  • The whole documentation is presented on CD, but it is possible to hand in the documents in printed version in a format and copy that is in compliance with the requirements of NIF Zrt.
  • Updating documentation

Preparing status reports, implementation certificates, updated schedules and financial plans, etc., based on technical surveys.

Together with the purchase of the software it is possible to outsource the monitoring data supplying of a certain project, which is advantageous because our customers may acquire the use of the software on a real project with our consulting engineers.
